TruChatCommunity Guidelines
TruChat is built on the principles of free speech and anonymous connection, but we draw a hard line to protect our users. By using TruChat, you agree to these non-negotiable rules.
1. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Content
Any sharing, promotion, or discussion of illegal acts, terrorism, or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will result in an immediate, unappealable ban. We actively report severe violations to relevant law enforcement agencies.
2. Respecting Ephemeral Boundaries
Our View-Once media feature is designed for sharing photos with less risk of casual resharing. Using it to send unsolicited explicit images, shock media, or harassment is strictly forbidden. Capturing or redistributing another user's View-Once media is likewise a violation.
3. No Harassment or Doxxing
Do not target individuals for harassment. Do not post or attempt to uncover the private, real-world identities, locations, or contact information of other users (Doxxing).
4. Spam and Commercial Exploitation
Automated bots, spamming chat rooms, and using TruChat to advertise third-party services or sell goods without explicit authorization is prohibited.
Enforcement
We empower our users with robust blocking tools to curate their own experience. However, for severe violations of these guidelines, our moderation team will step in to suspend or permanently ban accounts.
